I have tried all cake flavors including, basic white, vanilla, french vanilla, pineapple, chocolate, strawberry, lemon, confetti and they are all great!!

I use Buttercream Frosting but can make it look like fondant.  I have found that most people never actually eat the fondant on thier cakes, however, my scheduled fondant class is in April, so after that, I will be able to do that as well.  I can also frost any cake in chocolate, strawberry, lemon, or cream cheese frosting.

My Decorating Icings  are mostly buttercream, but I also use royal icing and color flow icing to make stand up images.
